With the change of international students mobility from the west to the east, governments and institutions in the Asia Pacific are investing more efforts and resources to maximize the opportunity for international education and students. Mohd Anies is Principal Assistant Bursar and Head, Student Financial Management Division at Universiti Malaya (UM), and has 10 years of experience in financial management at UM. He had previously served UM as the acting Head of Cash Management Division, Assistant Bursar of Cash Management division, and Assistant Bursar of Budget and Staff Financial Management division. He holds Bachelor in Accounting and MBA – both from Universiti Malaya.
