Dr M Marzuki Mustafa is a professor in systems and control engineering at Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(UKM), the National University of Malaysia. He received the B.E degree from University of Tasmania, Australia, MSc and PhD degrees in Systems and Control from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, England and University of Salford, England. He is a registered professional engineer and has held various positions in UKM such as director of Bureau of Consultancy, head of department of Electrical Engineering, dean of Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Strategy and Corporate Development).He is currently the deputy Vice Chancellor for academics and international affairs. He is also the past chairman of Malaysian Council of Engineering Deans and Society of Engineering Education Malaysia.
