Prof Nordin Yahaya

Dr Nordin is the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) where he is responsible of planning, strategising and executing the internationalisation policies and initiatives as well as global reputation at UTM. Currently, he is the Chairman for Malaysia Network of International Directors (MUNID) and also active in several international networks. He is a Professor in Civil Engineering and has been with UTM Faculty of Engineering since 1988. 

Prof Ir Dr Panut Mulyono 
Rector, Universitas Gadjah Mada,
Indonesia

Prof. Dr. Ir. Panut Mulyono has been appointed as Rector of Universitas Gadjah Mada, since May 2017. 
He is a Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He obtained his Engineer (Ir.) in 1986 from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta,  Indonesia; Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in 1990 and Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) in 1993 both from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, majoring in Chemical Engineering.

His research interests lie in the areas of separation processes especially extraction, heat transfer, and renewable energy. He has published numerous research papers in national and international journals. He is an overseas member of The Society of Chemical Engineers of Japan. 

Prof Mei-Fen Chen

Mei-Fen Chen is the CEO of FICHET and Professor of the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures at National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taipei, Taiwan. Prof. Chen is committed to promoting academic and cultural exchanges between Taiwanese and international universities. Between 2009 and 2013, Prof. Chen held the position of Cultural and Education Counselor of the Ministry of Education. In addition, Prof. Chen was assigned to Taiwan Representative Office in Moscow for the Taipei-Moscow Economic and Cultural Coordination Commission in Russia on behalf of the director.
